Something sweet for the light drinker

...in terms of flavor. In Brown Brother's Moscato, I finally found my weakness. At last! A refreshing wine that's versatile enough to go with any meal. The Gist of Things At £34.14 a pop, you've got to really want this Moscato in order to try it. My advice? Buy in bulk. After taking one sip, there's no turning back. ...that is just what this Stowells of Chelsea Chardonnay Colombard is.
Frederick Stanley Stowells opened his first wine store in Ealing, London in 187, so I expect that it is no surprise that this wine is good.
The bottle I have was from Morrisons and cost me £3.79 but was on half price - so a very good price for a rather good little wine.
The wine is from South East Australia and made with a mixture chardonnay and colombard grapes, and comes in ... ...nowadys dio have a screw top - I for one have no objection to them either.
According to the label on the reverse of the bottle the strength code is 2 - and as the wines are graded from 1 ( very dry) to 9 (very sweet) this sounds as if it will be perfect for my palate.
The wine is 12.5% vol. and a description tells me that I am going to enjoy "Delicious full white wine with tropical fruit aromas and honeyed oaky flavours.", it is a clear white chardonnay ...
