Brilliant.....brilliant service. Read the reviews as I was a little concerned about buying from a company that I hadn't heard of before, also about after sales & warranty side of things, but Hotpoint offer the 1yr manufactures guarantee & I filled in a card that came with the washing machine which says I can get another 4yrs for free from hotpoint. Ordered on a sunday, got a call later on the monday saying that delivery was going to be between 12.30 & 7.30pm on the Thursday (Same week), sure enough got a call from hotpoint on the wednesday to confirm that delivery was on thursday.......it turned up at midday...great, an early delivery man...wow!

A perfect seller - all of the stuff necessary for a good deal were high level. The price was one of the best on the market, the communication was pleasant. The shop assistant was well prepared and had answers of all my questions. The store kept promise of the delivery date and time and everything was as described. Just keep your customer service as it is and i will do business with you with pleasure again.

Excellent! Ordered late in the evening on Saturday. Received email Monday morning confirming order and delivery time. This was followed by a delivery call from Hotpoint Deliveries later on that day to confirm that Wednesday 7am - 1pm is ok. Tuesday received a text to confirm everything was on schedule. Wednesday 8.15am Machine delivered and old machine removed. Driver waited and called - as we didn't hear the doorbell! Nothing short of excellent service!

Ordered a Hotpoint washing machine from Whitebox after reading the reviews. I then received a phone call to say that, unfortunately, the web site was incorrect and the machine I wanted was sold out therefore would i like the next model up for the same price which of course I took once i knew it was the same dimensions. It arrived 3 days later. Extremely impressed!!

Appalling experience. We ordered on the Friday and had an e mail to say we would receive the washing machine in 3 working days. On the following Monday, we got an e mail to say Hotpoint would contact us about delivery (not Whitebox please note!) and then after various further e mails, the earliest they said they could send it was another four days further on and into the next week. No-one answers the phone when you ring, you just get a voicemail. Would never ever order anything from them again. Don't touch........you have been warned!
