... I have only seen them in Whittards shops so far.
Nowadays most Earl Grey uses bergamot flavouring instead of the traditional oil, these Tea bags use both 3% flavouring 1% oil. I find the tea always tastes better if if contains the traditionall oil rather than the flavouring.

Advantages: lovely delicate flavour and aroma Disadvantages: v expensive
I love Earl Grey tea, from the delicate smell as your pour the hot water onto the tea bag to the smooth taste as you drink your tea.
Tradionally drunk black or maybe a splash of lemon it can be drunk with a splash of milk if thats how you like it. Traditionalists may scream with horror but this Earl Grey can cope with just that little dash of milk opening up the experience to even more tea lovers.
Small round teabags ... ...to keep them in once opened, which is a bit of a bind and either a teapot or a trusty teaspoon as these teabags are san string.
They are expensive and worth getting when they are on offer 3 for two or from an outlet shop. I have only seen them in Whittards shops so far.

Small round teabags in a foil packet so you need a tea caddy to keep them in once opened, which is a bit of a bind and either a teapot or a trusty teaspoon as these teabags are san string.

Downside of the tea bags are they are not that strong and so if you have a palate that appreicates a cup of tea with the tea bag left in they are probablly not for you.
Overall from an avid tea drinker, especially Earl Grey, these tea bags rival the taste you get from using good old fashioned tea leaves. Well worth the expense to treat yourself or to impress the prosepctive M-I-L.
