Advantages: Easy to read, gently inspiring Disadvantages: Wont make you an overnight millionaire!
...What a clever idea. If you are publishing your memoirs, why not capitalise on the fact that your particular story appeals to the yearning we all have inside of us to create and amass wealth. You may not even know or like Duncan Bannatyne, yet be captivated by the fact that there is a book on the shelf that will show you how to achieve one of the most important things in life - make vast amounts of money! Simply entitle it: "Anyone Can Do It."
Introduction
Most people know Duncan Bannatyne from his appearances on Dragon's Den - a popular BBC Two television programme (Currently airing 9pm Monday's) investing in valid business opportunities, or pouring scorn on less hopeful madcap inventors. The success of the show has no doubt led to the book being of popular interest as the viewing population seems to have a keen interest...

Advantages: Umm...very few - see suggested uses at end Disadvantages: Many, many...too many to write here...
......which is what the Bible's about in the first place.
The actual writing
I personally found the entire thing to be patronising and on occasions just stupid. If I hadn't been looking through it for my vicar I would have thrown it away from me with as much force as I could possibly manage. Advantages: a fantastic read Disadvantages: you will probably cry
...I was led to seek out this book after reading a review here a couple of weeks ago. I thought the book sounded interesting and decided to read it myself.
Searching out the book via my beloved book swapping site, it arrived last week and I wasted no time in settling down to read it.

Gerry and Holly has what would be portrayed as the almost perfect life...
