children an approachable source of information on key subjects such as why keeping fit is good for you, how to choose the appropriate exercise regime and a how to stay healthy in day-to-day life.
Advantages: something different, fun for all Disadvantages: doesn't exactly count as a weight-loss program
that a game like this came out. If we can?t get our children off the video games then why not change game play altogether? The Wii and Wii fit both help increase the amount of activity in a child?s day while giving them the challenge of a video game that they love.
One aspect that I want to talk about is the graphics. Sure the Wii is not a Hi Definition console but the graphics seemed pretty neat. The avatars in the game can be visually customized to your liking. But these avatars are a bit dull compared to those found in Wii Sports.
The graphics also contain charts giving info about your body like your Body Mass Index (BMI) etc. These are available in neat and informative charts and the period of time can also be changed to your liking. Nearly every time you use the Wii, you are informed that you should do a body test every day even if you don't have time to do any of the other games ...
