Can a workout be fun?

AdvantagesFun to play

DisadvantagesNot very reliable

Wii Fit, Mee Fit, You Fit!

AdvantagesNew games, multiplayer mode, easier to navigate

DisadvantagesNone!

"...I decided to buy the Wii Fit Plus. We had a Wii Fit a few years ago and I used it a lot to shift some weight after having my youngest child, and surprisingly it worked. I didnít think any exercise linked to a games console could possibly work and would be fun more than anything but as I knew it worked the first time, I figured Iíd try it again. Being a working mum to two children it is difficult to find time to go to a gym etc, as after work, my time ..." Read review

AdvantagesGood new games and features, better multiplayer than the original

DisadvantagesNone

"Wii fit plus is an official Nintendo Wii game which was released in 2009. It is an upgrade to the original 'Wii Fit' game. The game is suitable for those over 3 years old. You will need both a nunchuk controller and a Wii balance board to be able to play all of the games on this disc. The balance board weight limit is 150kg or 23st 8lbs. As it is an exercise programme as well as a game there are warnings on the box not to put excessive strain on ..." Read review

The Wii Fit Plus is a fun (if not sadistic) way to lose weight

AdvantagesGames are designed to be fun but practical

DisadvantagesPrice is a little high and should only be used as part of your exercise programme

"...brave decision to buy a Wii Fit Plus, so it was simply a question of where we could by this sadistic piece of kit. It came as a bit of a surprise when Sue picked me up from work as usual and demanded that I take her in search of the Wii Fit Plus and after trying our local ASDA I began to think it was like the legendary search for the Holy Grail but alas no, we found it at Tesco our very next stop. Tesco had two products on offer the genuine product ..." Read review
