The wii has revoloutionised the way we play video games. It has made everyone dancing, waaving arms around crazily, jumping in there own living rooms.
I recently bought a wii and it obviously came supplied with the wii sport game but I decided I wanted to buy another game. I choose Wii play by nintendo. I bought the game as the cover looked interesting and the description of the game on the back caught my eye.
So I put the game into the wii and started the game up. Good thing with the game is that you can play with your already made Mii's so loading my character up was easy. People that don't know, Mii's are character that you make of yourselves or others so you can play with them in different games.
There are 9 different games in total and all use different functions of the wii remote. The games include shooting range, find different characters, table tennis, match mii's pose, laser hockey, billiards, fishing, cow racing and a tank game. With all these games you can play with up to 2 people.
My favourite games are the shooting range game, billiards and the cow racing game.
The shooting range game is a game where you can play by yourself or with another person. You use the wii remote and aim at your television screen aiming at targets. The targets change through the game and go from ordinary looking archey like targets to shooting at alien spaceships (UFO's) that are trying to take people up into space. The game is fun on your own as you are trying to beat your personal records and also trying to earn a higher medal. But this game is much better with two players as you try to beat each other at shooting down the tagets and getting more points.
The cow racing game is another favourite of mine, To make the cow move forward you just tilt the wii remote forward and your cow shoots off. Aim of the game is to beat opponents points and to beat him to the finish line. You get these points by running into little puppet things in the road. What else is fun is that you sometimes have to jump over obstacles. To this this you raise your wii remote and the cow jumps.
The games graphics are presented well and very user friendly, children will especially like this game as it is fun and enjoyable. Some of the games may be a bit boring for full grown adults but most will enjoy them none the less.
Overall
I really enjoyed playing this game and the 9 games that it comes with. All the games I found to be different but fun. I would recommend this game to anyone that enjoys playing the wii or has children that do.
