When I first went into a wilkinson store about 2 years ago I thought it was going to be full of cheap junk, however to my surprise as I walked through the door I was greeted by a friendly member of staff and a toiletries section with very good prices, I carried on round the store, I was actually after some windscreen washer for the car but I couldn't find it so I went to the help desk and asked where abouts it was kept and the girl on there got another member of staff to walk me accross to the product to save me time.
Ever since that day I have found it a pleasure to shop at wilkinson. There prices are always lower than my local supermarket, the staff are much friendlier and always happy to advise or simply take you to a product.
What ever it is you are after wilkinson probably have it. They stock everything from car care, toiletries, pets and cleaners to kitchenware, paint, wallpaper and furniture. Some of the stores I have discovered have clothing sections which are good quality at low prices. In the summer months there is a fabulous garden section with plants, bulbs and seeds and everything you need to grow them. A large range of garden furniture is also stocked, along with garden ornaments and barbeques. Towards the end of summer they start to sell all this at even lower prices as the christmas stock starts to arrive. During the run up to christmas the is a large selection of toys and games and some beutiful decorations, the staff are still as friendly and my local store even had the staff dressing up in fancy dress for one day during the christmas just gone - very entertaining!
But no matter what time of year you shop at Wilkinson you can be gauranteed a friendly welcome, excellent service and if you are lucky they will even pack your bags for you!
Overall this is a top quality store to shop at and I couldn't find one fault with it.

Good review though its a bit hard to read, needs more spacing out. i works for wilko myself a for a few months and it was a friendly place to everyone. Eddie
