Advantages: good overview of serial killers Disadvantages: lacking in detail
Women who Kill - written by Carol Anne Davis (also author of Children who Kill) profiles 13 female serial killers from Aileen Wuornos (who was later profiled in the film Monster) through to Rose West in what is an interesting yet disturbing read.
I have read lots of true crime books in the past and many books on serial killers and although this does offer a condensed look at each of the women I do feel that the analysis is not as indepth as it could ... ...killer - many of the women were either abused as children at the hands of family members or suffered abuse from partners later in life.
