Woods Supplements

For those who know my opinions, you have come to appreciate that they come from my head. I think, I plan, I research,I write, I amend. I am happy? I submit! This one is a totally different kettle of fish for it comes direct from my heart, and the reference to fish does not come amiss for this company is gradually getting a stink to it normally associated with rotten fish! Not quite sure what the actual logo is that Ciao have put next to this opinion must be their new coding system (I don't think it belongs to Woods!) but........I got hold of a Woods Supplements catalogue just before Christmas. The Royal Mail sent through some junk mail asking if we were interested in receiving any of about 20 companies catalogues (I must be one of the only responders to junk mail as I get heaps!!). On 27th August 2012 I ordered some glucosomine tablets and the company billed me for them and took the money from my account immediately, but all I got in the post were some "free" mulitvitamins. After two weeks I telephoned them to say that I had not yet received my actual order. They told me that there was a problem with customs and they would despatch them as soon as they were released. I have a vitamin order with woods that was placed on 12 July 2012 for High Potency MSM - 90 Tablets and my MasterCard account was debited to for their cost on 13/07/2012 but the order still had not arrived as of the 31st August 2012. I had emailed them several times but I did not get a reply until I contacted Jersey Trading Standards Service and I got this response: I am very sorry for the delay in despatching your order. I ordered the above and they took the money from my account but nothing arrived. then in the post came some mulitvitamins with no paper work , I emailed them to say they had sent the wrong item as I ordered Glucosamine, Chondroitin & MSM Standard Strength , finally got a reply to say they were complimentary as they were very busy but my order was being processed. When they finally arrived I was shocked !! No label to say what tablets they were and no dosage instructions.
