Woods Supplements

This is a warning to all those aromatherapy lovers to beware of parting with your cheques/credit card details to this company. I sent a cheque with my order at the beginning of March, Woods cashed my cheque on 15 March yet I am STILL awaiting the goods. Trying to contact these people has been hopeless - they were based in Luton, THEN Lincoln, and now they have washed up in Jersey. I contacted Luton Trading Standards who suggested I call Trading Standards in Lincoln - this office is now dealing with the problem as I am still without my order.
In my opinion, they appear to be setting up health supplements and aromatherapy products for sale to the public but they are not equipped to trade in a straightforward manner. The telephone numbers given to customers are seldom answered and the only contact you will get is a voice asking for your credit details. If you do pay by credit card, your statement will show the credit to some sports company (nothing to do with Woods at all.
I believe that investigations are now underway to establish exactly what is going on in Woods Supplements - the product is basically good but I think that Woods should stop trading until they have basic procedures in place for dealing with customers orders.
