This boiler is a disaster. Its is totally unreliable. Internally it looks like a prototype. It is mess of wires and pipes.
It has broken down endlessly and caused me huge discomfort and inconvenience.
Repair costs have exceeded 1,000 pounds.
It was installed onto old pipes and radiators by the house owner before me.
It seems to get clogged up with dirt.
Bosch have repaired it 5 times. I suspect they do not know how to make them reliable. Every part has been replaced - heat exchangers, pumps, air valves, thermostats, control boards, everything!
Never ever buy one of these.

Hi. You say you the previous owners installed a new boiler to old pipes and rads...Hmm, sounds as if the whole system needs draining and rinsing through to get rid of all the sludge and muck which is circulating through the system and clogging up the boiler. I'm assuming engineers haven't done this but this is something you can do yourself really easily (honest!), but after re-filling system you need to check rads heating fully as may need to bleed them. Don't use descaler afterwards as this could dissolve any limescale which has blocked any tiny holes in pipes resulting in many leaks!
