continual problems with the wireless digital thermostat dropping out, which leaves you with no heat - usually only discovered once the house has gone cold.
the last time I called customer care it was stil within the two year guarantee, that was 21/03/07 ....when they fitted the third thermostat this boiler has had. The engineer on that all exolained they had lots of difficulties with the wirless thermostat and changed the receiver card in the boiler, and supplied a new mobil transmittng station. Did not botehr screwing this to the wall as only wa to get it to relink to reciver is to take it into same room, and take out the batteries, ffectively rebooting.
15/12/08 - now the boiler is out of guarantee and its happening again. This time the engineer's call is chargeable, as - i assume will bethe parts.
clearly the thermostat has a design fault, and is not fit for purose
