    Worcester Combi 37 DCi...

We had our ancient free-standing boiler replaced a year ago. When it's working, the new Combi works fine, with fair delivery of hot water (not in huge quantities), and just about adequate heating for a 3-bedroomed house.

However, Worcester boilers often have pressure problems that lead to wild fluctuations in water temperature. These aren't mentioned in the installation notes or user instructions, which seems odd as it is clear from web searches that loss of pressure is a very common experience. Worcester even provide a little plastic key (not mentioned in their literature) with which water pressure can be adjusted - instructions at:

We've also had problems with freezing of the condensate pipes on cold (London - so not so cold) nights.

We wish we'd spent more time researching boilers & chosen something different, probably not "Made in England". Neither the build quality or the operation live up to the promises of the sales literature.

    You need to give a bit more detailed, all-round view of the boiler and your experiences for this to be really useful to people thinking about buying one. For example, you say expensive installation - how much? Did you complain to Worcester when you had problems? Or to the installer? Did they help? I suggest reading a few different reviews to get an idea of different styles and content. Hope this helps - & welcome to ciao. Mike.

    hi welcome to ciao Sorry for poor rating which i will change if you ammend your op. This tells me nothing about the product all. How much is it etc?
