Handy, but not for the fashion conscious
Advantages: Cheap, Wide availability from garden centres or online, the colours!
Disadvantages: Would snag on thorns or anything heavy duty, the colours!
These gloves were a present from a well meaning relative, probably in the hope that I might be more inclined to attend to all the weeds (and now Ragwort - thanks to my not-keen-on-gardening-neighbour) that my garden seems to encourage. I'm not a natural gardener, and certainly not one who knows all the Latin plant names, but I do enjoy watching the fruits of my labour bloom, from Springtime onwards. Owning a cat and dog myself who both use my pocket sized oasis as their lavatory, and with various cats from the neighbourhood who tend to see a well maintained garden and think: 'Toilet', keeping my hands clean when I'm gardening is a must.
