Advantages: Brilliant combination of tunes, from up-beat to ballads. Disadvantages: None at all.
...can hide but you can't escape my love". Run Anna, Run I think there's a stalker after you. Run back to Sweden, leaving Enrique behind! (Please)
2. Don't Turn Off The Lights
This is one of my favourite songs of the album. It's another up-tempo song , which begins slow but then a beat kicks in with a very catchy chorus. The electric guitar is used to full effects in this song, and includes Enrique singing Soprano-high vocals.
3. Love To See You ... ...the others. It's not quite as cruel as the title may seem. But suprisingly he "loves to see you cry" and he doesn't know why, but it "makes him feel alive". This was also released as a single and the video features Enrique wearing an unusual dressing gown/hoodie!
4.Hero
If you haven't heard this song, you must have been in mars for a few years. This was Enrique's biggest succes single, when it was released in 2001, in the UK, and is still a classic. ...

Advantages: Great performer, fun songs Disadvantages: Nothing even remotely deep here, sorry!
Ricky Martin’s self-titled album was his first for the English-language market, and believe it or not, its appeal extends beyond screaming teenage girls!
I don’t know all that much about world music, but I do know what I like, and pulsating latin beats are most definitely my cup of tea – Evita and Kiss of the Spider Woman are two of my favourite musical scores, both having a distinct South American flavour. And Ricky Martin provides some of the ... ...have thought these possible for Ricky Martin, but having also seen him perform the heart-rending Little Drop Of Rain from Les Mis, it no longer seems quite so incongruous. She’s All I Ever Had is a gorgeous song, plaintively regretful, and his duet with Madonna, Be Careful is also rather nice. But it’s the energy of the numbers like Cup of Life which make this album perfect for summer listening – a great accompaniment to a sizzling barbecue or for ...

Anybody can recognize "The Girl From Ipanema", it's a classic. But where did it come from? Where did Bossa Nova spread its roots?
Pianist Tom Jobim is credited for the composition of most of the classic Bossa Nova standards, but is was João Gilberto who took these standards, and interpreted on the guitar what we now identify as Bossa Nova. By harmonizing the chords on the guitar with the traditional Brazilian Samba rhythm, Gilberto evolved Jobims' ... ...virtuous, but what really captures me is his voice. He sings with a "blown" quality as if he is blowing air from his gut, which produces an intimate close-to-the-microphone sound. It's possible to hear his lips smacking dryly during the pronounciation of certain words, and he has an excellent vocal amplitude, using mostly low-pitched but well chosen notes.
This album is fun to compare to his other work, as over the years his performances have become ...

Advantages: Very spiritual atmosphere with perfect vocals, chorus and flute. Disadvantages: Track 7 which feel odd to the others
...in flute solo.
Incantation is voted as a best new age album of 1999 in New Age Voice Magazine. "Incantation is an exploration of my inner journey to a place of open-heartedness" Tim says. Tim has done a perfect job in his flute solo and vocals, almost all tracks with a harmonic chorus and female soprano vocals perfectly boost up a very spiritual atmosphere of the music. Some tracks add in a bit of oriental element.
The highest climax of this album ... ...came to the early parts of the album and after that you may fall asleep to the rest! It should have another one or two climaxes follow up.
Track to track
1 En Trance ~ 5/5
The album opening with a dramatic drum play and a strange female vocal, a nice start in a very energetic and soothing melody. Then follow by a segment of instrument play, thereafter a flute floating in the air. The flute, the percussion, the female vocal and the chorus playing ...
