    Disadvantages Disadvantages England being robbed of the World Cup

    How on earth did we lose the bid to host the 2006 World Cup to Germany and were listed behind South Africa? There is definately something wrong there. To begin with South Africa is notorious for its very high crime rate. It also doesn't have half as good facilities as England. Secondly, Germany shouldn't have it either, again, we have better facilities and at least we can play football unlike them. Sadly, I beleive that politics has overwhelmed football and the World Cup isn't about football anymore, it's only about the money now.
