I have used World of Computers in Kingston Street, Glasgow for about 3 or 4 years now and until recently was always happy with the goods and service i received. On 26/10/2007 I purchased an Asrock 4coredual-VSTA motherboard and later discovered it had a snapped pin, on returning it to the shop, I was told by the Manager (in no uncertain terms) that their 7 day back to store warranty would not be honoured as I had damaged it myself, despite the shop having the reverse burden of proof. I, for one will not be visiting the shop again due to extremely poor customer service on the Manager's part. My advice would be to avoid World of Computers in Glasgow as the returns policy is only good until you actually have to use it.
