Quite a decent garden vac.and easy to use. A bit top heavy so you need to use the shoulder strap and emptying the bag can be a little awkward. Better as a garden blower than as a vac as it does have a tendency to block easilly if you are clearing up wet leaves. Plastic Impeller is not very durable. Easy to open up for cleaning.
I have had mine for just over a year . I need a new impeller which is the part that shreds and mulches the garden waste. it is not covered by the warranty. Contacted Worx but they dont directly sell spare parts, they refer you to another company's website. The impeller has been out of stock for several weeks. Dont buy Worx unless you intend to treat their products as throwaway items as the after sales service is useless.
