Advantages: great looks and an extremely appealing price Disadvantages: if only you could put them on after taking them off!
...At first thoughts you may think this is just some cruddy little sticker you will stick on your PSP and within a day or so it will begin to peel and fade and will have to be pulled off - and then it may even leave marks and little bits of sticker all over your lovely PSP. This is exactly what I thought when I first saw these skins and was not overly keen on buying one.
However one of my friends found them on Ebay for around £5 and managed to persuade me to get one for my PSP to make it look 'cool'. I have to say that was one of the best buys I've made for my PSP.
What are they?:
These wrapstarskins are basically very high class vinyl stickers which are bought stuck on some of that special paper flat. You then peel it from there and carefully apply to your PSP and apply pressure to remove any bubble. The sticker comes in several...

Advantages: Sturdy, long battery, life, good extras, Nintendo's quality games. Disadvantages: Not as powerful as the PSP, heavy for its size, developers struggle with touchscreen.

The dual screen, flip-open design of the DS is reminiscent of the multi-screen Game and Watch hand-helds of the 1980's such as Donkey Kong and Zelda. Nintendo pay homage to these games with the retro design of the DS.
The DS is available in various colours including pink and blue but the most common one is clad in metallic silver and this is the one I have bought three of for my children. Six inches wide by four inches long while closed this is a small piece of technology yet is surprisingly heavy in your hand. This does make the DS appear very sturdy particularly in its rounded rectangular appearance. Dropping this a few times seems to cause no damage and I can imagine it surviving even the obligatory...

Pocket size- 10/10 for DS Lite, 7/10 for DS
Both the DS and DS Lite are pocket size, but the classic DS will probably do better in larger pockets, because it is a bit larger than most handhelds I've played. But the DS Lite will fit in your pocket much easier, and wont' be scratched up by keys or stuff, because its gloss finish protects itself from all that. Although the DS is a nice portable system, it isn't perfect for pocket size, while I think the DS Lite really fits well.
Compatibility and Peripherals- 10/10
There is so much that is available to customize DS, which makes it a lot cooler. You can buy different color styluses and pens. You can also add on skins, touch screen protectors...
