Writing short stories

Do you think you are creative in writing and imaginations? Can you create stories be it fiction or reality based, there are some facts you should know about before you start writing. You have to know that the most important thing is the punctuations and good presentation. Use short sentences that are easy to understand and read. use common words for the every reader unless its for ages above 16 you can use some terminologies. Make sure what you are writing about has a point of focus and it should have more of suspense in order for the reader to want to continue reading your story and be sure of what you are talking about.
