Compaq Presario CQ60-212EM: Compaq Presario CQ60

Advantages: Excellent Value for Money; Will suit most users' needs
Disadvantages: Battery Life is Poor ; Heavy
...The Compaq Presario CQ60 has proved to be very good value for money. I paid £380 in January '09 and it has worked perfectly since. The wireless has a good range and the screen quality is outstanding.
Everything else works how it should and the only real negative is a not-so-great battery life (approx 2 hrs on power saver).
All in all, good for games (mine has a separate graphics card - not sure if standard?), word processing, internet and general use.
One thing I particularly like is the larger screen size that results from having an integrated number pad on the keyboard. However the larger size does result in a heavy laptop.
As of yet I have had no technical issues what so ever with this laptop and I would most definitely recommend it to anyone who wants a laptop on a budget! Hope this was of some help!
Summary: Overall very good...

The PDA’s (personal digital assistant ) are organisers and are built to replace information on paper. Most modern PDA’s have colour screens, but few come with camera’s. (The XDA II has a camera but you can make calls on it , so its more like a phone). PDA’s are for business but you can use them for other things e.g. playing games, downloading and editing pictures and playing and recording music.
Advantages:
The acer s60 has a 4,096 colour which is better than some phones and has free downloadable games that you download from the PC-CDROM. It also has the ability to record sound and handle MP3’s. The acer s60 has infrared which is found in most PDA’s and is used to...

The Lenovo X60 6364 The Good and the Bad
Review of Lenovo ThinkPad X60 Tablet by
CoDuK
Advantages: Durable, Powerful, Good Tablet, Amazing battery life, Never overheats, quiet, expansion capabilities, small lightweight,
Disadvantages: old looking, bad graphics card, no CD/DVD drive, bad speaker position
....
Heat, this computer NEVER overheats. It hardly ever gets hot, only if I am playing a game for an hour, and have got it on my lap, and are half blocking the fan. Then it would start to get hot, but if you leave it for a few minutes, it will cool itself down pretty fast.
Noise, honestly, the FAN makes absolutely no noise; this laptop is pretty much silent. As I said before, it only speed up when playing a CPU consuming game, and having the fan half blocked, will you ever hear it, and when you do, it is still pretty quiet. It is by far, the quietest laptop in my house. So the fan is really good, efficient and silent.
The dock. There is a dock which you can purchase with this laptop, and with similar models of the Lenovo X60 Tablet 6364. It is called the Ultrabay. It expands the uses of your laptop by adding more USB sockets, and more...
