The X3 projector is a great projector for family use, especially for DVDs and home cinema. The lamp use is excellent but I had to be careful to always clean the filter to maximise the lamp life as lamps are very expensive. In my opinion, the X3 is very easy to use, and has easy installation onto any surface (even a wall) for projection with little space needed. The main concern when I bought this projector was whether it would be of good quality, and it has the standards needed for any video requirements. I wouldn't recommend this to gamers as such as it isn't as good for gaming systems, but still works fine. However, the use of it with a PC or Laptop is great, especially when you are wanting to use your desktop, video conference or simply view the screen. ...

World in Conflict (WiC) is a real time strategy / tactical game. I am reviewing it for the PC but there are also console versions available too. This game has graphics so good that in recent years authors and editors of computer reviewing magazines have used it as a benchmarks for performance. So it has looks, but is it actually a good game... read on!

WiC is set in an alternative world in 1989, when the collapsing USSR decided to launch an assault against the USA.
The game very much hinges on control points - which are areas in the map which is highlighted by a circle. When a player moves their unit into the area, the circle turns into their colour (green = player, blue = allies of player, red = enemy / allies of enemy). Depending on the time of occupation fortications are built around the control points.

Advantages: Beautiful design. Superb sound quality. Quality look and feel. Wide range of features. Disadvantages: No common phone book. When reading or deleteing lists (call, SMS) it only applies to that phone.
The iDECT X3i differs from the X3 in that it has a built in answer phone. Apart from that they are identical.
We have both; we simply re-registered the X3 phones to the X3i base making it see 6 handsets.
Firstly, forget any preconceptions you may have about these being Binatone phones, they leagues apart from what they used to produce in the past.
The phones themselves are very stylish being only 15mm thick and have a lovely clean modern look about them. The keypad is of the membrane type that helps with keeping it clean if sticky fingers get at it! There are two colours of keypad available, a limited edition silver colour and a black. We have both but to be honest we prefer the black.
The keypad is backlit as is the phones colour display. Despite this, standby life and talk-time are more than ample for the home environment ...
