At the of writing this review this card only costs £34 off this very website.
I'm saying this because it's a bargain if your looking for a cheap upgrade to your 6200 or 7300gs or lower graphic cards. I have tested it myself and compared it to the both of the above cards and it is faster than both of them.
Still four generations in and the low-end segment of Nvidia does still come equipped with the 64-bit memory bus although this doesn't really affect performance in games as much as you think, currently games are becoming more shader intensive rather memory intensive. The core of 8400gs is the same as the 8500gt, so it has 16 Unified shaders which are capable of outputting how many pixel, vertex or geometry shaders that a particular game demands. For example a game might need, 8 pixel, 4vertex and 2 geometry (The Geometry shader is only used in DX10 applications).
It is superior in core performance to the 7300gt and maybe also the 7600gs, even though those cards cost more.

Overall it has great performance for much you do pay (£35-£40) but although I think they could have put a 128-bit memory bus on it but I guess it wouldn't be priced this cheap if they did.
