The XFX model is great with its life time warranty which makes it a safe purchase and it performs just as well as any other card. They may not overclock there cards as much has other suppliers but the overclock it plenty and is an extra 1 FPS really that important. I managed to buy this card for a very cheap price, as the new series of graphics cards had just been released, and the store I bought it from was clearing out their 8800's at a fraction of the original price.
I was upgrading my PC from an 8600GT card, and the difference was immediately noticable. I could run my games at much higher settings, and could play left 4 dead and far cry 2, a pair of fairly visually intensive games, at very high settings.
It was pretty easy to install, however the card itself is quite large, so make sure it can fit in your case before buying.
Overall it is a very decent card, as i managed to get it at a fairly low price (£55) it delivers outstanding performance for money, so I would definitely reccommend it. ...
