There is a good range of games on here, ranging from puzzle games such as Bejewelled to shooters like Geometry Wars, and all of the games are suitable for all of the family. The disk itself is very easy to use, no installation is required, the game disk is simply inserted in the disk draw and the player is routed directly to the Arcade menu to pick which game they want to play. It should be noted that the disk is always required to play the games, as they cannot be copied or stored onto another storage device.
These games featured on the disk are:
-Geometry Wars 9/10 -Texas Hold 'Em Poker 7/10 -Bejewelled 2 8/10 -Wik Fable of Souls 8/10 -Outpost Kaloki X 5/10 -Hardwood Backgammon 4/10
(There are also some trial games featured on the disk, but they aren't complete versions, meaning they don't have access to all the levels or any of the achievements and leaderboards.)
The first four of the games are very good titles, and despite the age of the games on here, they are still some of the best titles that are available online. The game disk itself is very good value, and it does in fact save money as opposed to downloading them online, and that is without including the one month free Xbox Live Subscription that comes with it.

When i purchased my xbox 360 3 weeks ago i was told my system came with 4 games. When i looked i had three games and something called Xbox live arcade unplugged.
At first i just looked at the box and never even gave it another look until about a week ago.
I must say that the variety of games on this disc is good, and can be enjoyed by the entire family.
Another good thing about this product is the free 1 month xbox live gold membership that you ... ...its own.
This cd contains the legendary Bejewled 2, this is hours of fun, and can be very addictive. Basically you have to match up jewels to make space on the screen. There are secret games included in this game to keep you occupied for hours!
Geometry wars looked a bit dull when i first started playing it, i couldnt really work out what i was doing because there was so much action on the screen, its a simple shoot em up game but once again VERY ...

I got Xbox Live Arcade Unplugged when i bought my 360 at Costco. At first I was kind of skeptical about this game. I mean its just a bunch of arcade games on a disc. But there are two games that are truly gems in this collection. This game comes with 6 games and a few demos. The demos aren't worth mentioning because they are pretty short trials for games that don't interest me. The 6 full version games are Geometry Wars: Retro Evolved, Wiki: Fable ... ...a month Gold subscription to Xbox Live.
The fact that this game comes with 2 amazing arcade games in Geometry Wars and Bejeweled 2 and a month subscription to Xbox Live makes this collection worth buying on its own, especially if you're thinking about actually trying out an Xbox Live Gold subscription before dishing out money to buy a year's subscription ...

Advantages: great games, about 8 games, most full games. Disadvantages: only about 6 are the full games, possibility of loosing all games when disc is lost.

Xbox live arcade unplugged is a decent investment for your games collection for your 360. If you are getting a 360 console, this is a decent game to buy along with it, as you can put it in the console, and jump into any of six games included (and several demos).
--Advantages--
-You can save money on arcade games (you are paying quite a lot on the live marketplace for the arcade games, why not buy this, its cheaper.)
-You ... ...disc.. If you have xbox live, then I recommend that you buy them individually, so that you could save yourself some money on ones you dont want, and so you can spend it on ones you do want.
I recomment you to either get it in a bundle, or dont get it and just buy the games induvidually. ...
