I have tried lots of self tanning products, only to end up with streaks, very dark knees and elbows, not to mention rather orange palms. I dont like using sunbeds as I dont really want a lovely golden glow but look 10 years older due to skin damage. My local beauty salon has just stared offering the brilliant "XenTanning" treatment, and I must say I was rather dubious at the claims they made - Very easy to apply, it dries straight away, so theres no need to hang around ages after having the tan applied. It does not streak, it does not have that really strong smell that some tanning lotions have. a few days and have to reapply but I didn't need to reapply for a whole week after using Xen-Tan! It fades very gradually too. TIP: You need to exfoliate, that is the secret to actually avoiding the patchiness! :) Don't be afraid, the tan will not 'scrub' off! (unless you are being particularly harsh!) ...
