...I purchased a Xerox color laser based on their reputation. I learned an expensive lesson. The printer never worked correctly. I takes forever to send a print job over 10 Mb ethernet connection. Once the print was readied in the printer memory, it was likely that the printer would jam. You have to reset the printer and start over. Printer engine faults were SOP. I was able to get a single service call from Xerox personnel. Their position was that "The power is "dirty." I placed the printer on a dedicated line with multiple filters and a power backup. The printer faults and paper jams continued. The new Xerox position: "The printer needs cleaning." Advantages: Good looking monitor
Disadvantages: Poor aftersales and warranty

...I have rated this monitor as poor due to the customer service received whilst attempting to get the monitor repaired. When working, the monitor is very good, the images are sharp and the colours are realistic with good dark blacks. Unfortunately, the reason for the low mark is the poor customer service received from Xerox's service agent in the UK (goodiesuk.com). The warranty on the Xerox website clearly states three years, however, it would appear according to Goodiesuk.com that the Warranty is only one year if purchased from PC World, Dixons or Currys. This is not stated on the Xerox website and it seems that PC World don't even sell Xerox monitors! This seems very misleading. Personally, although the monitor itself is good, the service is poor and misleading so if it were my money, I'd look elsewhere.... Read review

Advantages: Solid and Reliable

...The Xerox Phaser 6125vn comes from a long line of thoroughbreds, Xerox are experts at turning out solid printers and they even look good. The print quality is more than adequate and there print speed is ok too. This printer is great for small offices, Estate Agents seem to like them and I can see why, they are reliable and ideal for printing house info with colour pictures of "nice fixer uppers". There are a couple of drawbacks however, Xerox toner is not cheap so running costs can be a little on the high side, also getting this printer repaired once its out of warrantee can be frustrating, Xerox will repair but there prices go through the roof and getting parts is an expensive and torturous ordeal if you want to fit them yourself, I have to order bits from France and it can take up to 14 days.
