Hi there - I'm a 37 year old male from the SW of the UK.
I am quite a consumer and am always looking for new things to buy and try.
As I am too lazy to hit the high street most of my shopping is done online .. which is why Ciao is kinda handy :D

To sign up for YAC - its free.
As a user, to use YAC its free.
But nothing in life is free right! So who pays?
Well, with this unified number service, its the caller who pays sligtly extra. But then when you think a mobile phone costs more, is this a problem.
I would imagine the person to benefit most from a unified service of this type is the high flying busy business man who has to be in touch.
Lets face it, if your friends know you are at home, why would they call you on a premium number when they could be paying local rates.
Aprt from this, you can use it to take voice mail, it can also receive faxes which is great (if it really cant come by email) and you can also choose which number the call diverts to.
One other non Yac service I used had a complictated voice message asking you to press buttons before you were diverted, with YAC it's seemless. The caller really woulnt know you were being diverted.
You can also get Yac to block certain numbers, but only if the number is displayed.
In all, as the service is Free, you can't go wrong with Yac.
Good.
How helpful would this review be to a person making a buying decision? Rating guidelines
Sorry for the low rating, but I'm still kinda wondering what Yac is. I mean it's free, but it's a free what? Also more details about signing up and support available might be helpful.
Advantages: One number for life. Can be contacted where ever you are worldwide. Disadvantages: Expensive to call YAC number but not a problems if you don't pay the bills.
