Wow... that solved all the previous freezing problems and now it's working and recording ... ...that I cannot see any difference between live feed and the recording. Love watching BBC nature programs with nice quality. Also can pause live TV and much more features, some of them I haven't used since I have a TV with freeview (but tried them in the past and they seems alright). No hard disk noises and uses very low power on standby mode. I also love the feature of changing the booking times manually, so that I don't miss the beginning or the ... more

Recording quality is very good that I cannot see any difference between live feed and the recording. Love watching BBC nature programs with nice quality. Also can pause live TV and much more features, some of them I haven't used since I have a TV with freeview (but tried them in the past and they seems alright). No hard disk noises and uses very low power on standby mode. I also love the feature of changing the booking times manually, so that I don't miss the beginning or the end of the program. Can book 15 individual events and never used more than 10 (including favorite series and movies) so it's more than enough.
There are many good things about this product and very few bad things as far as I can see. The response to the remote is little slow. Recorded programs stored as channel name instead of program name. But maybe this is because I’m always adding some time in the beginning and after the programs, so it has multiple program names on the EPG (but I don’t mind this too much since I can rename them if necessary. Also I normally watch and delete and the recording has other details such as length and date/day of week/time of the recording so I know what it is). Also manual is pretty bad it has no detailed info (But I hardly read full manuals and don’t mind too much).
All in all this was definitely changed the way I watch TV and cannot live without it.
