I had this kit bought for me on my 21st Birthday after being let down by the ION ED01 kit a few years previous. This kit is fantastic, admittedly a little too expensive but you still get a good sound, a nice drumming experience and a generally very responsive all round kit. The pre-sets are great, the ability to set up double-bass is wicked, the metronome is an added bonus and the coolest thing of all is the ability to jack your own music straight into the kit from your computer or other music device. There are several slots open on the end of the list of pre-set kits for you to build your own kits as well, which I've done loads of times, really fun!
All round great kit for intermediate players and easy to move and store :)
I find the yamaha a fantastic product, but a little over priced for what i needed, so i went to www.mc247.co.uk and brought a session pro dd506, what can i say a fantastic kit all round and a sensible price. They also shipped next working day. Take a visit to www.mc247.co.uk its well worth your time.
