Well, pianos ayyy?!

I love the piano, I have one at home, and Ive been playing for a year now. Not very long, but I'm learning very well, and have learned alot of songs, from pop to classic, to classic to alternative. I also make up my own musical tunes and songs. I dont know what I would do without music! lol.
Music helps me to relax, and unwind after a tiring, stressful day. You see I'm not the type to really read music properly, I haven't learned that yet! but I play by ear, so if I hear a song, or tune or whatever, I can almost straight away play it back, with the chords and everything. Quite a talent Ive got there, I know.

My music teacher at school has told me how proud she is of my practical skills in piano playing. But she said I do need to improve on the Theory side of music. E.G: scales, bars, time signatures, etc.
She has told me that my piano playing is very good, and I'm virtually the best player in my music class.
Here is a list of some of the songs I can play:

1. Titanic! (Celine Dion)
2. The Entertainer! (Sting)
3. Oh my Love! (Elvis Presley)
4. Heal the World! (Michael Jackson)
5. A New World! (Aladdin theme tune)
6. Trkmchmo! (I think its Beethoven)
7. FurElise! (Not sure who wrote that)
8. Canon! (Pachelbel)
9. Many of our church hymns!
and of course, my own songs that I cant exactly explain here, as you would have to hear them.

My piano:

The piano I have was bought for me 2nd hand from a friend. It is an upright Boyd-London type:
medium brown wood and quite old, out of tune a little, and quite small in comparison to the full note scale models.

Its lovely when I come home from school, tired and stressed out to relax to. Once I've started, I'm lost in the world of music! (Music is surely one of the greatest arts)

please remember I'm only 15, and brand new, so bear with me as I learn more about this ciao business!!

thanks for reading!

P.S. please forgive the fact that this is in the wrong cat. for piano type, as I'm still working out how to work ciao.
