The Yamaha Blaster is a legend in its own right. It has been in production for many a year now and has sold in large numbers worldwide. The Goodmans Active 45 Speakers are a godsend. 20 watts PMPO, they?re not exactly going to blow out any windows, but they sure do pack a punch ...
Advantages: Great value for money, great equipment, keeps you motivated and interested. Disadvantages: I ache!
I bought the Wii active sports after becoming bored with the Wii fit. I was also looking for a gym membership, but thought I would give this ago first. It is fantastic!
The box comes with a resistance band and a leg strap to place the nunchuck into.
I have currently started the 30 day challenge, where I am completing workouts with my new personal trainer.

The low intensity work out is more toning, but the resistance band enables you to feel toned but not sweaty!
I have used this product for a week now and think it was well worth the money compared to a gym membership, my muscles are telling me so! ...
