, rythm, and back beats you can select from.
Measuring about a metre long its great to store under your desk, sofa, bed or in a cupboard. Its a practical and stylish colour - black, and the keys are full size which is great for use by adults and children.
One feature that really makes this one alot better than the standard and more basic models is the hard drive. It allows you to store your work and play back the music at a later date with out the inconvience of having to plug into a computer, mp3, or ipod/ external hard drive.
This great keyboard will even let you arrange the songs as well as store the ones you write. A ground breaking revelation in music composing on an ameteur scale.
The only thing that I think brings this keyboard down, and is probably why it's so affordable, as probably aimed at the ameuteur market, is ...

Advantages: Elegant style, Beautiful Instrument Samples, XG MIDI Compatability, Floppy Disk Drive Disadvantages: Keys, although semi-weighted, still not very realistic
own a piano (cheesy, I know... other kids want good jobs, good lives, boyfriends/girlfriends, and here is funny ole' Simon wanting a piano).
I constantly looked around for cheap piano's but my parents would not let me have one, due to size, cost and maintainance. A digital grand piano was also out of the question due to major costs. I hunted and hunted looking for a way to overcome this, then I found the "Yamaha DGX Portable Grand" range of portablekeyboards.

*76 Semi-weighted Piano style keys
*3.5" Floppy Disk drive
*Pitch Bend Wheel
*MIDI I/O with XG ...
Advantages: many notes and pitches Disadvantages: must have some knowledge of using
The Roland E09 Arranger Keyboard which is priced from £274.00 is a value for money. Being manufactured and branded Roland is a portablekeyboard and is light weight(16Ibs) and very good for someone who has just a bit of knowledge of using the keyboards. It has 61Keys and 64 Polyphony notes with Pitch Bend, Mod Wheel and LCD display. All these are just the perfect of something you can expect from a valuable keyboard.
It has a built in speakers with inputs at MIDI x 1 and outputs at MIDI x1, Headphone Jack. The height is just what you will like 5.06 in, Depth 12.62 in, width 41.18 in. You can compose any type of music so far you know the notes. The user manual is very easy to understand and so you get no trouble as a stater. Check it out. ...
