Christmas Cookies Christmas Cookie is (as you can imagine) a festive offering from Yankee Candle. Depending on how much you wish to spend, you can experience this delightful scent in the form of housewarmer jars, wax tarts, votives and also tea lights. Today I will be discussing the tea lights.     Yankee Candle Christmas Cookie - Tea Lights As a rule I tend to allow myself to divulge into kitsch during the season of goodwill and I ponder what delights these festive offerings may have under their plastic sweet wrapper cellophane. Any other time of year I slip past the marketing machine without detection, unperturbed and immune to the marketing floozies trying to give me the flirty eye – saying ‘buy me.     When I treated myself to some Yankee Candles before Xmas I was disappointed with the Gingerbread ones and that put me off burning one of the Christmas Cookie tealights I'd brought at the same time. Last night though I was in the mood for candles so lit one so I could get my spinning angel ornament going. They are GORGEOUS, the smell that comes off these candles is the best thing ever. These are tealights but they look loads nicer than the standard ones I usually buy in the pound shop, they're still white but look a lot more glossy and come in a small plastic holder instead of a cheap looking ... more
