All i have to say is that i have been plagued by mood swings, spots, and headaches for the past 6 years i started taking Yasmin 3 and a half months ago and my skin has never been clearer!! I feel so much better about myself my confidence has soared by being able to walk into work without acne ridden skin, my relationship with my partner is better because i'm not constantly up and down with my moods and my headaches have gone.
I tried every spot treatment going i must have spent hundreds in the last few years and nothing worked. I'm never taking anything else. i so happy i've found something that agrees with me, after being prescribed Microgynon, Cilest and the contraceptive injection. I took Microgynon for 2 years when i was to naive to connect the terrible moodiness to the pill, I'm sure it helped me burn a few bridges! But anyway the point is it's amazing it's the best thing i've ever tried and i feel totally different, of course it sounds a little extreme to feel this way about a contraceptive pill but i just wish i'd found it years ago. I realised the Doctors are reluctant to prescribe it straight away as it is more expensive then other pills. But for most Womens sanity i think it's money well spent!!

Advantages: --- have not taken it long enough to know any --- Disadvantages: so far bloating, frequent urination hot & cold flushes, upset tummy( haven't had the runs), dizziness...
