The spa inspired hand cream.

Advantages: Does almost everything it promises to.
Disadvantages: My hands don't look any younger!

I am always on the lookout for a decent moisturising cream, so when I was brought this as part of a miniatures gift set I was really pleased, the cream I will now review is not one I have ever heard of before receiving it, let alone tried it. The product I will now review is - ?Champneys collection, vitamiracle hand & nail cream? The tube is the upside down variety, I do prefer these due to the fact that the product automatically falls into the base/lid, meaning there is less cream left when the tube is at the ?unsqueezable? stage. The tube is made of a reasonably thin plastic, this is essential to make the actual process of squeezing the cream out much easier. Treat your hands and nails.

Advantages: Leaves hands feeling soft and smooth.
Disadvantages: Slightly more expensive than the average hand cream!

Review of Clarins Hand and Nail Treatment Cream

Hand and Nails - Not Up to Scratch!

Advantages: Great smell ,easily aborbed
Disadvantages: Costly and not really rich enough to be effective.

I've worked as a nail technician for many years, so I have access to any number of similar treatments in a range of prices. I am generally a big fan of Clarins and took the opportunity to take a free sample when I purchased some other products. I kept it in my handbag and used it whenever I was out and about, I have to say it absorbs easily and smells great. On the negative side its rather expensive and doesn't seem to spread very far, which means that unlike many of their other products it doesn't represent very good value for money. So on the whole you could buy a supermarket own brand treatment for the same effect at a fraction of the price, which is what I'll stick to doing from now on! ...
