WARRIOR YOGA MAT is a very Useful Book for everyone that wants to do Yoga by Himself/herself.
The contents in this book are like below and are very helpful to Cure Diseases and also to keep one Healthy and Strong.
the short review of its contents and benefits are as below.

YOGA - is the best way to Keep yourself HEALTHY and COOL MINDED.
YOGA - makes Your inner self get awakened i.e. spirit.
Yoga is performed from the times of early ages and will be followed till the human being resist on earth.
Yoga is the best Medicine for Some Most Dangerous diseases.
Through Yoga you Can get cured from the worst diseases like CANCER, DIABETiES, etc.
YOGA generally involves the process of inhale and exhale, but its methodology is very different from normal breathing of a human being
.and thus it helps in the purification of our blood due to which our efficiency towards any work increases and we feel energetic due to proper digestion of what we eat.
Exercises performed in yoga-
1) PRANAYAAM - FOR GAINING ITS UPMOST ADVANTAGE ONE SHOULD DO IT IN THE EARLY MORNING HOURS between 5.00 - 6.00 AM
INHALE using YOUR LEFT NOSTRIL AND EXHALE STRONGLY USING YOUR RIGHT NOSTRIL.
Repeat this process for 50 times and
then inhale using your right nostril and exhale STRONGLY using left nostril. Repeat it 50 times.
Now Do this Daily And within a Month YOUR LUNGS will get cleaned from the Smoke of Cigaratte.
This is a Cure For CANCER.

2) SUDARSHAN KRIYA -
First Sit Straightly.
Keep your Eyes Closed during This Kriya.
Step 1) INHALE of air slowly.
Step 2) Retain the air inside yourself for 10 sec.
Step 3) Exhaling of air by the help of stomach. slowly.
Repeat this Process and slowly speed-up the breathing in the ascending order.
Do this process upto the speed - till you Feel Current Flowing in your Body.
After Getting this stage you should decrease the speed of breathing and Slowly make downfall in breathing speed and Breathe in a very relax Way.
Now also Keep Your Eyes Closed and take rest by just sleeping for about 30-45 mins
Repeating the process everyday, you will see the difference in yourself.

Important Condition - you must do these in open air and in the morning time.
Diet - your diet must be oil-free and try to drink as much vegetable and fruit juices as you can.
DRINK LAOUKI KA JUICE THIS WILL DECREASE THE CHANCES OF HEART ATTACK IN YOU.
