Yum with a side affect.

Advantages: Tastes good, works well, regulates digestive system
Disadvantages: You may have to use the restroom within an hour of eating

Activia is by far one of the best yogurts I have ever tasted. It has little pieces of fruit in it and is amazingly delicious, but I would recommend not to eat more than one a day for obvious reasons even though it's hard not to. Activia is suppose to regulate your digestive system and yes it does work. I have been eating one a day for a few weeks and have surprisingly noticed some weight loss, and it's an easy plan to stick by, if you like yogurt. ...

Advantages: Healthy, tasty and so versatile
Disadvantages: Not always as available as other flavours

Rum & Raisin is my 'Finest' choice!

Advantages: Great flavour, plenty of raisins!
Disadvantages: Calories, but it IS a treat :)
