OK I admitt it...I am a lid licker!

Advantages: so tasty, and quite good for those on Weight watchers
Disadvantages: they are too good I sometimes forget I am on a diet

Yummy, fat free pud!

Advantages: Nutritionally good, cheap, and very tasty.
Disadvantages: I want to eat them all in one go!
