Yay for Yeo Valley

Advantages: Low in fat, low in food miles, and its organic too!
Disadvantages: Runnier and less tasty than the full fat version

Nearly fat free, the yoghurt not me.

Advantages: nearly fat free
Disadvantages: maybe a little sour for some tastes

Yeo never knew it could taste so good

Advantages: Delicious, healthy, organic, bio-live, delicious
Disadvantages: The pots are too small!

Yeo Valley Bio Live Yogurt- Organic & Fat Free.

Advantages: fat free, organic, inexpensive, tastes nice.
Disadvantages: might not be to everyone's taste
