Could be improved, Lakeland! Advantages: Produces excellent yoghurt very cheaply. Disadvantages: Container is difficult to clean and harder to fit in the fridge. It crept up on us gradually. First we discovered that yoghurt is a pleasing alternative to cream or custard with puddings. Then we found that if you add some cumin it makes a good savoury topping for a jacket potato.
