I find this is the only way to have photos developed.
This is a cheaper way of having your holiday snaps, wedding photos, and family photos processed in good quality, than taking them to Boots or other high street shops. They are usually returned within 7 days. You can pay for express service. This is at a cost of 45p (35mm only).
If you want your photos the standard size this will cost you £1.55 for up to 27 exposures, or £2.30 for up to 40 exposures.
Other sizes and prices are as follows: 27 exposures (30% bigger £1.95) 40 " ( " " £2.75) APS (3 formats) 27 exposures £3.99 APS (" " ) 40 " £4.99
The photos usually come with a gloss finish, but if you want matt then you will have to add 50p per film (35mm only). This is the type of finish I prefer as finger marks do not usually show.
You can have 1 extra set of prints done at a cost of £1.55 per film for compact/30% bigger/100% bigger. For APS this cost would be £1.99 per film.
On the envelope you send your film in, there is also the opportunity to buy films. These prices are as follows:

...Unfortunately, despite the competition, York Photo is not necessarily to be recommended. First, let me say that the quality of the developing and printing is very good, invariably producing excellent results. Also I should add that the prices are on the low side and the postage to them is free, if you use their freepost bags (available in random places).
The disadvantages are several though. First, the service is slow. Whether or not they turn round ... ...and even allowing for postal delays (which can be reduced if you pay a few pence more for first class postage), it still not uncommon to wait between 10 days and two weeks for delivery, and in my experience even up to 6 weeks. In fact, on that occasion the delay happened even under the first class service, so that's no real guarantee of speed.
Second, it's not unusual today for several members of the same family to have films to be developed and ...

Advantages: Lots of wonderful stuff to buy! Disadvantages: Can be quite expensive
Being an avid traveler, I have toured various islands and continents with my friends and/or family, and thanks to that, I have had the opportunity to shop for wonderful things in some really, really cheap bargain places. But, the best place that I ever shopped was undoubtedly in New York. Yes, it is outrageously expensive, yes it blows away your credit card limit in a single moment and yes, it most certainly blows away all the hard earned money saved up for travelling- but if you ask me, it is worth the glitz and glamour of shopping down Fifth Avenue! I would say that a shopping spree in New York is quite a shopaholic?s dream come true: There never is a lack of things to buy, but the only drawbacks to overlook (apart from the huge expenses) are the somewhat haughty and rude salespersons in some of the shops. I liked the atmosphere ...
Advantages: Once you taste it you will crave this for life Disadvantages: you will crave it for life! LOL postage can be high however super speedy
When you think of fudge you usually think of vanillia flavoured solid cubes however this is where Jim Garrahy's fudge is totally different!
The fudge is totally unique in that it is a hand made, soft and creamy texture. It totally melts in your mouth! To me its more a mixture of fudge and butter icing and totally delicious.
You have two options if you want to purchase the fudge, you can either go to one of the few shops across the country or you can buy online. I first fell in love with the fudge in the Yorkshop however for special occassions I now order it online at www.fudgekitchen.co.uk
There are about 20 flavours of fudge online (toffee, belgian choc, strawberry and cream etc), but if you go to a shop they usually have a unique flavour that is only found in that store.
A box of 6 slices of fudge will cost you about £20 ...

Advantages: Great Sales Disadvantages: No make-up in UK
of the mill fashion.
The next weekend, I needed my H&M fix so back to the shop I returned. What did I find… A sale rail! I was in heaven. Within 2 minutes I had a Long length suit jacket for £9.99, a knitted long skirt for £4.99, a jacket for £4.99 and many many tops for £2.99. Then there were the items I really didn’t need, but summer was coming and any excuse would of done. I had hand fulls. Then I got to the cash desk, what’s this a bargain bin. Oh no… 2 hand bags one for £1.99 another for £3.99. Jewellery galore.
This didn’t help my addiction; yes I was back there every week for the next 5 months.

Earlier this year I went to New Yorkshopping, there it was the first H&M in NY, 5 Avenue. I had to go in. It had opened the week before I had arrived. WOW I was amazed. The stock was the same ...
