Your Hobbies

I’ve read a few articles of late, which have warmed my heart for it would appear that although many of the young are living in cyberspace worlds, many also partake of hobbies and hobbies which have been around for donkey’s years. I found it quite refreshing to hear than some young girls just love sewing and crochet, and that stamp collecting is indeed not a thing of the past. My Hobby Habits. ----------------------------- I must confess as long as I can remember I have enjoyed all most all arts and craft. It started many years ago, more than I care to mention though in junior school and we were making a collage of our mothers. All that clue, wool, fabric, straw and twigs it was great. ~I guess my hobby will seem strange to people. Everyones seen the movies like Shrek, Toy Story, Monsters Inc etc. I don't do anything that extreme. But what I do is 3D modelling and animation. It's basically taking drawings/ designs of characters, props, scenery and turn them into 3D models, set them up and animate. ~3D models are made up of "Polygons" ( an infinate sided shape defined by a group of vertices and edges which are defined by pairs of those vertices) seems confusing. basically a vertices is a point in real space like a co-ordinate on a map. 2 co-ordinates(vertices) can be joined ... more

Ever since I was a child my hobbies have changed like the weather. One minute I'm into, say, learning all about Kings and Queens, the next I'm into card-making. I'm always finding new hobbies and interests to keep my life busy. But, some hobbies have stuck more than others. I went through a phrase of stamp collecting. I've still got all the stamps all neatly categorised under the Country it comes from. I keep them as I may go back to it - one day! So I'm one of these people who, like many people out there, likes to keep busy. The main reason for this is that if I'm not busy, I'm thinking about food (well not just thinking, a lot of eating goes on too!).
