    I have placed a couple of orders from Yves Rocher, and overall I have been happy with the experience. I have ordered online and have addressed that in a seperate review. I have not addressed individual items as reviews are also availible seperatly. In order to receive the catalouge, you can call and register, or register online. Online is, in my opinion, the easier option, as there is no pressure to make a first order. It took 2 to 3 weeks for my copy to arrive in the mail. The catalouge itself is suprisingly thin. Its 67 pages long, but the items are quite spaced out so each page only has 2 ... more

    I really love ordering from Yves Rocher. I became hooked on it when I visited one of their stores in Canada. After the visit, I needed more products, but there isn't a store near me, and I had to order through their 1800 number, but the service has been great. You can also order by fax, and in some countries over the internet. I found that when I order by phone, they sometimes offer me bargains which arn't offered through their regular mailings, or on the internet. I like that!!     I frequently order with Yves Rocher, and although I feel slightly ashamed to admit it I always open the packets with a sense of excitement at what the secret gift might be this time. With almost every order you make you get a small present. Sometimes you know what it is when you order, sometimes it's a surprise. The products Yves Rocher offer are of different quality. I have been very dissapointed by some of the products that I have ordered, usually every-day things like soap and hand lotion.     I've never been disappointed by Yves Rocher's products. As my skin is really sensitive and reactive I was afraid of using cosmetics and perfumes. I was usually getting burned and getting pimples all over my face,my body after having used any kind of product.I've tried many things and I've found that Yves Rocher's products were the only products to which my skin never had bad reactions.     Disadvantages Disadvantages I have never had a problem with any of my Yves Rocher products. And hope I never will.

    Yves Rocher are a brilliant cosmetics company. I love their stuff. They are always giving away free gifts in their orders or discounted products. I get an order from them every month due to there great suff. there hairspray and Shea butter shower gel are the best buys. They are the things that I couldn't live without. I have never had to return an order because there was anything wrong with it infact coming to think of it I have never had to return anything they have sent me due to their attention to detail they make me feel like a very valued customer and I will carry on buying their products ... more
