The idea of planting trees is beautiful! Started YR many years ago. At one point something glitched concerning my credit card. Tried for several months through phone, etc. to right it. Kept getting answers such as 'there's nothing you can do about it', 'its very complicated so cannot explain". These comments are paraphrased because I talked with serveral reps. After many hours of trying I threw in the towel. Waited several weeks then set up a new account so am back with YR. Finding a company that works WITH the environment is special. The times I have contacted customer service have been not so special. These are my personal opinions. I do very much enjoy the products - especially the shower gels and cremes. I give them as gifts a great deal. I mostly select the tree planting for the freebie. I live in a very green world and want everybody too also. Think YR marketing is quite creative and I believe so much in their aiding the environment.
