Advantages: Too many to list. Gameplay, Graphics, Amazingly Cute Characters Disadvantages: The controls to start with
This game is a must have for any Sonic and Mario fans.
Let the games begin was the slogan and that is definitely true. I have competed against most of my friends and family and they all agree that this game has not only great graphics but also amazing gameplay.
This is one of the best sports games I have played on the wii. You get to compete in all the Olympic games right from running to the triple jump and there are more unlock able games for you to discover if you are on a winning streak.
You can even play with a mii if you don't want to compete as one of either 8 Sonic or Mario character.
This game is ace - Put it on you Christmas List NOW!! ...
Advantages: Great multiplayer fun, lots to do Disadvantages: Slightly Repetetive
The Wii version of Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games has been with us for a while now, and it hasn't been too badly received either amongst the Wii-mote waving, button bashing members of the public out there, so now that the DS version has finally arrived, should these same gamers still be as excited as they were the first time around?
Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games on the DS is certainly not short on features, 16 playable characters have all been included, each of which are split into four categories such speed, skill, power and the all rounder's, therefore you can choose which characters you would prefer to use for each event based on their ability. The game also offers plenty of choice when it comes to events, these range from sprinting, swimming and cycling to more specialist events such as fencing and gymnastics ...
Advantages: Hours of fun, various games, everyone can play Disadvantages: Arms start to ache and do not play before going out as you will sweat!
Mario and Sonic brought together for a fun game, not only for yourself and friends, but the family can join in too!
An excellent game. The instructions for each game are extremely easy to follow and the better you do, the more games you are able unlock. I've had hours of fun playing the different characters and breaking a sweat playing some of the games. We've had friends around to play it and everyone catches on quick to learn how to play. My friends 5 year old was more impressive than some of the grown ups! Rowing, trampolining, swimming and track games are our favourite but there are loads of games to suit everyone.
Recommended for a good sweat, loads of laughs, hours of fun and you won't get bored easily! ...
