When we refurbished our bathroom I bought this chrome plated toilet brush and toilet roll holder. I wanted a slim silvery coloured toilet brush holder to match the silver trims on the shower and the bathroom cabinet. When I spotted this one I was pleased, this set only costs £9.97p. Similar ones are available at slightly higher prices. This set consists of a base into which fits a stainless steel arc which has a toilet roll holder into the base fits the silvery container to keep the toilet brush in. This is a freestanding item. Now when I got home I decided we did not want the toilet roll holder bit I had a pine one which fixed to the wall I liked the pine one better. Review of Argos Chrome Plated Toilet Brush

Roll on the next brand of toilet tissue.

Advantages: Cheap and cheerful. Just about does the job.
Disadvantages: Not very absorbent. Bit rough when used.

Whilst doing my weekly shopping I came across the toiletries aisle, and with my relatively low budget, opted to peruse the cheaper wares. Normally when I buy toilet paper in particular I am not too fussy (the colour matters not as I believe it's all going to the same place anyway). I have to say that it was the stonkingly low price that first attracted me to Asda's very own Smartprice toilet rolls, at 40p for 4 rolls. A bargain you may think, but as to be expected, this is evident through the quality of the rolls themselves. The packaging is very basic (plain transparent wrapping with what it is briefly described in Asda's very own style of black and green writing. I won't go into details over my experience of actually using the toilet tissue, but I will say that you can certainly tell the difference between this and higher quality ...

The Butler Did It!

Advantages: Delicious!
Disadvantages: Lack of nutritional information; expensive

thought hot chocolate was meant to be made out from cocoa powder, it was nice having a hot chocolaty drink while watching TV or surfing the net so my fingers won't shake while typing! Anyway . . . I had butlers hot chocolate drink as a Christmas gift from my uncle who lives in Ireland and is married to a lovely Irish lady. It had arrived to me as a parcel with a Christmas card inscribed with one word only . . . ENJOY! It may sound lame but to be honest I was gutted to receive such a gift, I was expecting more!
