Advantages: Easy to use, easy to clean filters Disadvantages: End of programme and water tank full alarm can drive you a bit crazy!
...I bought this last year whilst renovating my new flat. I hadn't had a tumble dryer before and so although I wanted a cheap machine for the few times I would use it, I also wanted to get a good machine that I could stick in the cupboard out of the way.
I find this Zanussi tumble dryer very easy to use, all I have to do is put the clothes in, scroll the control knob to the time that I want and press Start! It also has the option to say that their delicates or synthetics but I don't normally use these as I mainly use the dryer for my towels and bed sheets, or in winter when I finish off a load from the line.
I don't personally find this a problem, but my partner always says that it's hard to empty the water tank at the bottom of the machine, as it's very low down and you have to bend down and unclip something to get the tank out... He...

Advantages: Delay timer, quiet, and you can adapt the racks. Disadvantages: None whatsoever
...I bought the Zanussi-Electrolux ZDF 501 S about 2 months ago. I am thrilled with it. It has a delayed timer on it so I can set it to wash during our Economy 10 hours so it is cheaper on the electric. I live in a block of flats and I was concerned about the noise level of running a dishwasher at night.
Anyhow, I bought this Zanussi-Electrolux ZDF 501 S and it's the best dishwasher I have ever had. The bottom rack is great because you can fold some of the sections down to make room for the bigger items you need to put in it. On the top rack, you can remove the racks to adapt it for more glasses. I can fit a LOT of dishes in it and they come out brilliantly clean!...

Advantages: good range of programme cycles and good capacity Disadvantages: intial fault experienced
...We bought a zanussi zwd 16581 washer dryer in april from boots kitchens direct to replace our previous 3 year old zanussi washer dryer which we left in our old flat. We had no problems with our previous zanussi washer dryer, so were happy to go with this brand.
On initial use the Zanussi has provided good wash and dry ability across a range of temperatures and spin cycles. However, after 2 weeks use a fault has developed and after 2 engineer visits it looks like a new circuit board is required, so a 3rd visit is on the cards to replace the circuit board, hopefully when that is done, that will be the end to the faults.
I think that we have been a bit unlucky with this appliance, as I think Zanussi products are generally pretty reliable, but I'll update this review if we still have problems after the replacement of the circuit board!...

I am somewhat new to this but I would like to share my experiences for this washer as I have found it to be a well worth while purchase.
Firstly I would like to apologise in advance if I tend to ramble on a bit and any helpful comments would be... more
