We had this oven fitted in our kitchen when we moved into it 7 months ago, it was brand new when we started renting the flat, and since then we've had a few problems with it. For starters, after just a couple of months, the timer buttoms on the front fell out, and although they're easy to fit back in, its not a good sign! As well as this, the door on the front dropped by about an inch on one side, which means when it cooks the smoke can escape through a small gap!! For an oven which is £340, I don't think this is something which is good!!!
It gets very very smokey despite been correctly cleaned every week, which i think is a problem with the fan. One good thing, is that when we approached Zanussi about the problems they were happy to come out very quickly to service the oven, but to be fair it shouldnt have the problems in the first place!
The oven is very easy to use, the timer is a simple and efficent system of just pressing a simple button and adding or minusing the minutes to cook for, and two dials one to determine temperature and one for the type of cooking (grill/fan oven etc). Its easy to clean even though it does need cleaning normally twice a week to stop it getting too smokey!! The oven is very "pretty" and good looking, its brushed stainless steel which looks fantastic and is easy to maintain, and the oven space itself is plenty big enough for your everyday needs...it has two "shelves" inside which will fit one baking tray on each, or two small trays. Which is usually plenty big enough for the average home!!! :-D
Despite this though, I suggest looking for another oven rather than this one!! I wouldn't recommend it to anybody.
